Staff is top notch from Emannuel the GM to Danni the Reception Clerk. Always available to help and provided excellent hospitality. Lobby is great to have some wine and chit chat, Breakfast was always fresh and good. Wish it would have started at 6 versus 7. Location is 1.5 blocks from the main train station and walking distance to shops restaurants and old town. Area is QUIET at night.

The apartment is in a new and very well kept property. Very responsive host and a very good location. The parking spot is right outside the property & it takes abut 5 minutes to drive to the city center. There is also a bus stop at a 1 minute walk from the property. I can fully recommend this property to anyone visiting St Gallen.

The host, Anke, was helpful in answering my questions prior to my stay. I appreciate her support in helping me find the best route via public transportation. Immediately after I arrived, she was friendly in introducing herself, her children, and animals. I enjoyed two conversations with her husband, Nathanael, who was friendly and kind. Her two eldest children were also friendly and kind to me.
The little house I rented is lovely. The stairs to the bedroom are steep. The view from the living room and kitchen looks upon trees, their house, and a wee bit of mountains. Hiking in the surrounding area is okay, much of it is walking on the roads. Many thoughtful touches in the accommodation. Having a washing machine was great. It was nice to have candles and a firepit with firewood. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and had excellent knives. The underfloor heating was good. The shower was great with lots of hot water. Excellent WIFI, strong and consistent. I don’t have kids, but the place seemed well-appointed for families with small children. As a single woman, I felt safe in the accommodation and in the surrounding area.

Nice location, cozy stay, kitchen is equipped with enough Utensil for a comfortable stay. Host Daniel is quite a charming man and easily available on request. House was super clean.
Daniel is one of the nicest people you can meet, he is so helpful and kind. The location is great, super close to shops as well as the train staition and bus stops. Lots of attractions around the county and beyond. Do take advantage of the the oskar card, it is incredible value and we got to see some real gems with it.
The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very welcoming and gave us a lot of useful information. He also introduced us to the Oskar card which proved a very economical way to get around by train and bus.
