This is an excellent spacious extremely well maintained clean apartment. Glassware and plates were abundant and in excellent condition as was the silverware. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer all available. We couldn’t have wished better.

The room was very spacious and had a nice, private bathroom along with a balcony with good views. The location was very good, just a short walk from the center of town. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was very clean with a lovely view over the river, the heating was efficient and the bed was comfortable. There was a fridge and also a hair dryer. Everything in Exclusive 5,5 was just perfect and all you need for accommodation was there. Very comfortable even up to 8 adults. Two bathrooms, very spacy kitchen with all needed technic and dishes, 4 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 2 with Twin beds).Really ideal stay for us for one night, but definitely also for longer if needed. Very close also to wonderful Stein am Rein old town, around 1 km (photos of old town added).
Location, easily accessible for those biking Lake Konstanz. They gave me CHF 10 for returning a charging adapter, which is a very nice gesture not exactly sure i'm entitled to
