Room and bathroom very clean, comfortable; staff friendly, lovely breakfast, perfect location for what I needed it for- I came to see a concert, so the hotel being 20 min away ( on foot) from The Hall was great! Good connections with Zurich town centre and the airport, too.

The rooms and public are beautifully decorated, the bed was really comfortable and the location was excellent. There is an in-house restaurant that serves wonderful food with classic local dishes that I loved. Very good breakfast and great coffee. The staff helped me with train tickets, and other queries and I loved my stay. Will return.

Very good comprehensive breakfast with everything very fresh. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with a nice sized bath tub (can be used as a shower) - we love a hot bath in the winter. We phoned beforehand asking to come in an hour earlier and it was no problem.

Very clean room. It looks like a new building. The room was half underground so it was cool. There's a fan which was really wonderful as you could not open the window whose screen had a big gap under it. Breakfast was also wonderful with lunch meat and cheese, juice, many kinds of fruit, yogurt. It was only 12 minutes by car to Zurich airport. There are 3 grocery stores nearby, 5 minutes walk. Great location if you travel by car - close enough to the main highway and Zurich city center. The Zoo is only 5 km away by car and there are also excellent connections with public transport. Around the hotel building there are many parking places for free.
The double room was comfortable, very clean, big bathroom full with amenities.
