The host lady made our stay very pleasant and smooth. The property is very nice and comfy with modern renovation, which look exactly the same as in pictures. The kitchen and bathroom is easy to use and clean. Beds are comfy and linen and supplies are super clean. Collection of key is easy. When we came back from Jungfrau and dinner, it was 9pm and we wanted to ask for an extra duvet. At first we were worried it was too late and the host would not be checking messages at such late hour. But the host promptly came over to give us an extra clean duvet with extra pillows. We had some pleasant chat. The next day my husband left his suitcase in the yard after we checked out. Luckily the host noticed and messaged us before we realised we had one piece of luggage missing. It certainly helped us a lot that she informed us before we boarded train to Zermatt. Amazing nice host and good property worth recommending.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and offered ample parking. Water and a self-serve coffee machine were available at the reception throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was decent.

Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice.
The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

The staff really make the stay exceptional. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and we are so happy we went for the half board option. They catered to my dietary requirements. The views were amazing and the location is so close to the train station/centre/cable-car. Fabulous. We could also borrow sledges, hiking poles and crampons for the snow which was great.

So conveniently located. Wilderswil bus stop, train station and a convenience store (Migros) are all just 2 mins walk away. Made the stay even with 2 kids very comfortable. The apartment was centrally heated with fully functioning kitchen and many essential items for cooking. Perfect for a family of 4. The host was super nice and helpful too!

The room was actually looking better than on the pictures. True that it is very outdated and needs significant renovation. Location is unbelievable, just next to the lake and beautiful view to the mountains from your big balcony. Staff is nice and welcoming. Simple breakfast was included in the price, which was a plus.

Lovely location and the room was provided with an open balcony which had a lovely view of the entire Lake Brienz. The room was very spacious and had all basic amenities provided. It also had a foldable couch/sofa bed. Check in and Check out were very easy and the staff are very hospitable and kind.
