The location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

Unfortunately due to Time restraints I could only use the breakfast facility once but was very good and Friendly Staff,(I had to be at work between 06:30 and 07.00AM every day of stay).

We loved the place, just 2 minutes walk from lake where you can enjoy beauty of vitznau and also swim. Jeroen is best host, they have arranged everything you can need during your stay. Spacious duplex with comfortable beds and a balcony where you can enjoy barbecue. There is also private parking. Will come back for sure.

Superb location. A couple of minutes from the Weggis Ferry port, 10 minutes to the Rigi cable car, and the main bus stop is directly outside, making exploration of the area so easy and convenient.

The property is lovely, amazing location and the views from the bedroom and restaurant was amazing. We ate in the hotel both evenings and the food was excellent too. Breakfast was a nice selection and the staff were sure friendly and helpful.
The staff were all very helpful. The rooms are clean. Location is great right next to the ferry and the lake shore. Walking into the village is easy. View from bedroom over the lake is beautiful. Restaurant service and food were good.
Great location and a really good room with a lake view. The room (and the entire hotel) was spotless. It was great to be in a location so quiet that we could sleep with a window open! Breakfast was of a good standard. Restaurant good - but of course a little expensive as is the norm in Switzerland.
