The location is close to Sylvan Lake. I like that the room had a kitchen area. The room was very clean, neat and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Staff were very welcoming and room was very clean. This hotel is in a central location downtown (so was a little noisy due to some traffic in the area) but the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. There are lots of restaurants (mostly fast food) in very easy walking distance.

It was the cheapest hotel we could find so we weren't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean. Beds were comfy. Had a fireplace in room, a full size fridge , a small microwave and coffee maker. Carpet was clean. And we were greeted by friendly staff. Also, even though it is on gasoline alley, there was almost no noise.
Such a good deal for your money! We got the king room with fireplace and jacuzzi. We were just having a cheap girls getaway and it was totally worth it! Would definitely go again. Wasn't expecting much for a motel, but they're great!
Fast and friendly customer service. Very affordable. Great location, close to all amenities and public transit routes. Pet friendly, which can be a good thing for some people, and not for others. Rooms are comfortable, nice balconies, and even a fully functional KITCHENETTE, which is unheard of at this price range!
The lady at the entrance was very friendly, the rooms were spotless, super clean, the sheets they did smell like clean, we brought our daughter to the pool and the pool was as well very clean and super fun for the kids. The breakfast had lots of options, nothing bad to say for our stay, just good thigs. I do recommend this place to stay.
Good location, very quiet. Breakfast was very basic, some fruit, cereal & milk, bread, juice and coffee. The front desk clerk was most friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were permitted to check in a couple of hours earlier which was very much appreciated. The room was adequate and very clean. The door lock was broken but was replaced without us saying anything. The front desk clerk mentioned it was noticed by housekeeping and a new one installed during our absence. Excellent service!
