At my arrival it was easy to find and enter my room, just need a code to enter, no key. The room was very big and warm, with easy access to the breakfast area. The breakfast was amazing, you get a nicely presented plate with an assortment of egg, bread, fruits, pastry,... something different every day so you won't get tired of it. The hosts were very nice and always made sure I was comfortable.

Serenity Inn has become our little "Niagara home" and I can't see us staying anywhere else. We absolutely love it here and had no complaints during our second stay in 6 months. We had plans to visit New York but didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to stay at Serenity Inn so we amended our plans just to be there. Diana is such a phenomenal host, you will never find another host that goes above and beyond the way she does. It was COLD when we got there and she made us soup and appetizers, fresh banana bread and coffee was ready for us as well. The room was so comfortable, you'd never know it was so cold outside, we were warm and immediately ready to have some time to ourselves after our drive. Amenities were in abundance with a stocked fridge, the TV on and the wifi already connected (since we've been here already!) Breakfast was incredible, don't come here if you're only expecting a la carte stale croissants and muffins -- your breakfast is made from scratch, exactly what you want and then some. I even brought some food with us for our trek into New York the next day. We will definitely be back to stay with our Niagara family.

Before checking in, I requested that the room be very clean and that we have a kettle because we have a newborn. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleased to find a very clean room in a newly renovated building. The hotel is highly recommended for its good location and budget-friendly rates.
The location was great. We were walking distance to all main restaurants and attractions. The man who booked us in was great. Very clean. They gave us a hot breakfast voucher, which was terrific. It was a forty dollar meal for 13 dollars, and it was delicious. It was very cheap .
Hotel was under renovation but price matched that. Regardless my family had a fantastic stay unaffected by renovation. Hotel very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Room was huge with fridge and TV, beds comfy. Ideal busy location but not noisy at all. 2 mins to Clifton Hill. Definitely recommend , you can even see the fireworks from your window 😊
