Vam haver de cancel.lar la reserva degut a la cancelació d'un vol de Easyjet que ens va fer perdre la conexió i les vacances. L'hotel van entendre la situació i ens va permetre anular la reserva. Gran gest que demostra la cura que tenen dels seus clients actuals i potencials. Diu molt de bo de l'establiment.

El Brewster Mountain Lodge es troba a Banff i ofereix un centre de fitness, WiFi gratuïta i un esmorzar continental cada dia.

L'hotel està molt ben situat i les habitacions són realment molt còmodes i grans. Tot i l'enrenou de l'aire condicionat que se sentia al passadís, l'habitació era tranquil·la. Vaig descansar molt bé després d'haver fet el viatge d'avió intercontinental. L'habitació tenia sortida a una terrassa interior, molt bonica. L'esmorzar, sense ser excepcional i sense servei personalitzat a la taula, era raonable i abundant.

A l’hotel et donen uns passes per anar amb el transport públic del parc de forma gratuïta així que t’estalvies pagar cada vegada que pujes a un bus! L’esmorzar estava inclos en el preu de l’habitació cosa que m’ha costat de trobar en altres hotels de la zona
