Although the guesthouse was several hundred years old and has maintained much of its original structure in the common areas, the guest rooms have been renovated and are very modern and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent. View: I ended up with mountain view, but did not mind since I mostly stayed further up the road with relatives who have nothing but panoramic views of the lake.

If you look for absolute silence for an excellent sleep, this is the location. Up on the hill from Lochau, in the middle of empty fields and near the forest. The sightseeing of the Constantza lake is awesome. The house, hut style, built with good taste, perfectly integrated in the nature. Breakfast made on the instant, fresh and good smelling. By car 10 minutes down to Lochau, Bregenz. If you arrive late after 10 pm, you can find some open restaurants to eat in Bregenz, though most of them close at 10 pm.

Fantastic location directly at the top of the Pfänder mountain. Indeed going up or down to Bregenz will take some 15 minutes (either by car or the lift), yet the quality of the house is great (nice, spacious living room; great kitchen; 3 spacious bedrooms with own bathrooms, all equipment and facilities indicated were there) and the views are obsolutely stunning over the lake.
Very nice studio flat in a good location, very close to Bregenz harbour. Clean, easy to access, with plenty of light and a modern finish. Close to the main street, but not too noisy.

But the best part is the fabulous ´cabin’ literally on the water with bar and sun deck/lounge for clients and direct access by ladder into the lake (plus charming lifeguard)!!!!!!
