So fascinating staying in such an amazing building. Our room (guest room section) was lovely with beautiful updated bathroom. The shared common room just outside our room was nice too, it had a kitchen

Sehr freundlich, familiär und zuvorkommend.
Außergewöhnliches Frühstück, Großartig!!
Stayed here as part of a cycle ride along the Danube. Stunning location and great images from afar.. room was a good size and the same for the bathroom. Added bonus we stayed on a Sunday night so after the reception and restaurant closed up. You had the place to yourself for taking pictures without lots of people around. Rooms facing the courtyard do get a little warm
An amazing location in the peace and quiet of a wonderful monastery with glorious views over the surrounding countryside.
Excellent breakfast sitting either inside or out on the terrace with great views towards the Danube.
The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were very good, clean, plenty of space and all that we needed.
The monastery, abbey, museum and grounds are well worth visiting with so much historical interest.
The location 10-15 min drive from all main tourist attractions, yet if rite on top of the hill so you get a quiet peaceful stay. If you want to live in a lively happening area this i not the place for you.
We were very satisfied. The location is good, private and quite location. It is a just little bit from walking trail. The accesories of accomodation was perfect most of it is a new one. The fire place in from if cottage was very nice a ready to use including wood. The bottle of vine as present from owner was nice. Nice place for relax.
Unbelievable location and unique ensemble of buildings; stunning atmosphere, especially in the evening. Exceptionally friendly staff at the cafeteria/restaurant (even though it's not a full restaurant). Exceptional wine available for purchase...
It is a pleasant, calming experience. Everything there exudes kindness and excellence. The location is wonderful, very clean. Breakfast was amazing. We arrived late, traveling on bicycles, and the monk who opened the gate was very helpful, he even led us to the room, asked if we had eaten anything or if we were hungry. You have a kitchenette where you can make coffee or tea, a fridge with different beers or juices, also the abbey wine and specific apricot nectar.
It was like living in a museum or in a historical movie. Unbelievable!
Welcoming staff, Brian had some great suggestions.
Breathtaking views and location.
The view and location were amazing. So quiet and peaceful. We were able to go to the service when the monastery was closed to the public. Breakfast was very good. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the man at reception.
