Emmersdorf is very nice but approximately 15 kilometers upstream of the heart of the wine country. The hotel and spa are very nice. But in extremely warm conditions be aware that there is no air conditioning.

This was our second time staying at this lovely place, and once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The breakfast is rich with plenty of options, perfect for starting the day. The location is ideal, just a short walk from a beautiful promenade along the Danube, which made for some lovely morning/evening strolls. A special mention to the owner, Mr. Stefan, whose friendliness and attentiveness really made us feel welcome. The rooms were immaculately clean, and overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very nice and cozy boutique hotel. we stayed there on our way to Schladming from Vienna. Melk was a very small and well situated town. The building, the room were amazing. The breakfast was all we needed, great coffee and croissants. There was no staff greeting you but there is also no need, the room was ready for us.

Clean showers and toilets with appropiate amount of them. Calm but good location. Good comunication. Nice to have were some trees in the camp but more would be even better.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the room was spacious and clean, Andrea, the owner, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, the location was great and the castle ruins just above made a lovely backdrop!
We really did like the location of the house in the forest near the river and some ruins. The house has a huge garden with a pond it is wonderful to look out of the window. The apartment is spacious, well - equipped and very clean.
Ideal location along the Donau between Linz and Vienna (perfect for bike travelers). I slept in one of barrel, which was really comfortable and cute. The campsite was quiet and the bathrooms and room were clean.
Fabulous location, historical building, very clean and cosy. Spacious, comfy room. Very good food. The staff friendly and helpful. One of the nicest places I have recently visited. We will be back.
