The breakfast was amazing, Dan and Jamie are absolutely amazing hosts! The B&B has a very warm vibe to it and is walking distance from the Falls and all the major attraction spots. Would recommend 100%

Surrounded by well-tended grounds, Butterfly Manor is just 3 km from the popular Niagara Falls. very clean and modern furniture and the host was very welcoming. love the decor, butterflies . great breakfast as well!

Overlooking the Niagara Gorge, this B&B is just 2 minutes’ drive to Niagara Falls. A hot breakfast is served daily. Victorian-style rooms are equipped with cable TV. I am glad that we chose the Redwood B&B while visiting Niagara. We liked our room and balcony plus we were allowed to use a huge living room and fridge in the living room. Breakfest were very tasty and planty. We had our privacy, but if needed we could always contact the Redwood owners. The owners were in touch with us and checking on our preferred breakfest time each evening. There was also no problem with parking. Lots of space to park your car. We can only recommend.

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Sunny was amazing! She was so sweet and accommodating with great recommendations for dinner and directions. She does everything herself from cooking an awesome breakfast, to cleaning, to reservation help and check-in. She even went way out of her way to make my birthday stay extra sweet! Although this home is not on the river with amazing views, it is in a very quiet neighborhood community with the walking/running/biking trail (which leads into town and the falls about a mile away) just across the street. We had the only downstairs suite with our own private entrance and loved it! There is a cute front porch to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very homey and perfect, especially for the price!

We really enjoyed our stay of two nights. The breakfast is amazing and we got to choose from 3 different menus (toast with canadian bacon and scrambled eggs or an omelette or eggs benedict) which are then freshly made. Fresh fruits are also available at every breakfast as well as coffee and tea. You can access a fridge with beverages at any time in the dining room filled with water and other beverages and even yoghurt was available. The property is close to the Niagara falls with a nice walkway leading directly to the falls. At night you can enjoy your sleep as everything is very quiet. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything you need. Thank you for having us in your beautiful house !

Located less than 1 block from the Niagara River, this bed and breakfast features spacious balconies and a private kitchen. The Maid of the Mist is just 750 meters away. I would like to recommend this B&B because of its proximity to the United States Falls and the Rainbow Bridge, which connects the borders of both countries. It is a quiet and safe place where you can walk at night and listen to the sound produced by the fall of the Water from the falls as well as a beautiful view at sunrise as you can see the rocky walls of the Niagara River and the entire landscape of the casinos and buildings in the United States as this property has balconies in front and another in the back where you can enjoy the Warmer temperatures in the afternoon. It has clean and ventilated rooms where you can breathe the freshness of the wind and listen to the singing of the birds. It seems to feel like a paradise for those who love nature and in the mornings a nice lady greets us with good morning. who prepares breakfast for us with everything very well organized and clean and asks you how you want to take it looking at the landscape or inside the dining room and there is also the option of a kitchen to be able to cook the food that you buy to your liking and thus be able to save on expenses in restaurants as there are many attractions to enjoy in the center of the city

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Every time I sent a message I almost instantly got responses! What I also like is it didnt feel like I was talking to a robot like it sometimes feels like at big hotel chains, it felt like it was a person I was talking to and I appreciate that. It was very clean, my mom was initially thinking there might be smell since there's carpet but there was none when I was there in either of the rooms. Alice and Jacky were lovely and so accommodating and helpful! I don't drive and I mentioned needing to do some laundry and go to do some shopping, on his days off Jacky was able to assist me by giving me a ride and I appreciate it so much! It made things less stressful for me. Breakfast was always delicious and if I had any preferences or wishes they would always accommodate when possible. The breakfast has it's staples like there's always toast, some version of egg, some fruit, cold cuts, potato and something sweet like pastry for example. The type of them might vary, and it makes a nice change between days. The bed was very comfortable, I actually stayed in both the No Name (2 nights) and the Domino (13 nights) and both were comfortable. I liked that it was close to Clifton Hill but still in a residential, beautiful and calm neighborhood. It felt like home very quickly. If I ever go again to Niagara I'll be sure to check if there's an availability at Susan's Villa and my parents are also excited to stay there now.
