Wonderful hotel and facilities. The kindness and assistance of the owner was unsurpassed. We received a room upgrade which made the stay even better. Breakfast was also excellent. Parking was at the free places in front of the hotel.

Breakfast in the nearby place was fantastic, one of the best croissants we have ever had. Andrea was a great host, since we arrived late and had many suitcases, he offerrd us rooms on the first floor. We also received useful ‘local’ advice how to visit the attractions.

The hote is fantastic always trying to make our stay an amazing experience (share a list of restaurants, print administrative documents for us, organizing early breakfast,...) The location is ideal for exploring the city of Palermo. All the main sites are within walking distance. Andrea the host was wonderful. The cooked breakfast every morning was a treat. Full marks to Andrea for making this happen. I certainly didn't expect this. I arrived at the property late in the evening, but Andrea had already sent me the key codes via a text message. Thank you, Andrea... I would highly recommend this property.
