La casa és espectacular, la habitació molt amplia i comfortable, la piscina perfecte per refrescar-te quan arribes de fer les visites. En Davide molt ample ens ha donat tot tipus d'explicacions i recomanacions de la zona. Tot fantàstic.
L'apartament és molt còmode i ampli. El sofà es molt agradable i al menjador hi ha aire condicionat (a l'habitació també). La cuina té molts utensilis. El matalàs i els coixins molt correctes. Les finestres aïllen super bé el soroll del carrer (no sentíem res i quan obríem la finestra, hi havia molt sorroll).

Molt ben rebuts per la Fulvia. Habitacions, menjador comú, jardins impecables. Vam aparcar el nostre cotxe a l'interior del apartament, a un cost raonable. Ens vam sentir com a casa.
La situació, a Monterosso, és molt bona per a conèixer les Cinque Terre (arriben trens directes tant de Gènova com de Pisa). Al ser una planta baixa no s'han de pujar escales. Ideal per a 2-3 persones. Tot molt nou. Molt més barat que altres apartaments de la zona.
No es un hotel, es un pis amb tres habitacions amb cuarto de bany privat arreglades per llogar. Es cómode, la mida de la nostra habitació estava bé. El cuarto de bany nou i tot funcionava bé. La ubicació bona a 2 cantonades del centre. Tenia parking pel cotxe. El propietari molt amable. Wifi bé.
Cinquè pis en un bloc de pisos, però molt ben decorat i amb tot lo necessari per fer còmode l’estada. Dos havitacions, petita cuina, bany i terrassa. A 20 min a peu de l’estació que porta a cinque terre.
L'apartament és molt acollidor i molt net. Té aire acondicionat per tot el pis i diferents entrades de llum. La seva ubicació és immillorable, al costat de l'estació i del carrer principal. També disposa de molts utensilis i detalls (cafè, galetes, torrades, oli, snacks...). En Claudio és molt simpàtic i atent i fa tot el possible per garantir que tinguis una estada ideal. Hi tornaríem seguríssim.
La instal·lació, molt nova i a l'estil vintage (anys 1930) Habitacions molt gran i còmodes. La cuina, no te foc, sinó una placa elèctrica, però que va molt bé, i en conjunt molt ben equipada. Atenció dels propietaris: gran disposició i amabilitat. Wifi prou bé. En conjunt, la casa està molt neta i cuidada.
