Casa Diverio er staðsett í Stresa. Gistirýmið er með svalir og útsýni yfir hljóðláta götu. Íbúðahótelið er með heitan pott og lyftu. We had a lovely large airy one bed appartment. There was a mini market below for tea and milk and breakfast items. Very centrally placed in Stresa for shopping, eating and touring the islands. The lady was there to check us in as promised and she gave us all the information we needed for our stay. We were sorry to find that 3 November was the last day for the tourists trips to the 3 islands. We never thought to check this fact. We arrived about midday and were able to rush out and get a trip to just two of the islands which was great.

cavaedium guest house er gististaður í Arona, 40 km frá Monastero di Torba og 46 km frá Villa Panza. Boðið er upp á útsýni yfir kyrrláta götu. The location and rooms were beautiful! Deborah and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and help with our luggage. Would definitely recommend and hope to return for a longer stay.

Rivalago B&B er nýuppgert gistiheimili sem er staðsett í Cannobio, 18 km frá Piazza Grande Locarno og státar af bar og útsýni yfir vatnið. High quality room, clean, good location, peaceful atmosphere. The owners were very helpful and kind.

This cosy 2-bedroom apartment was very comfortable, clean and secure. It had a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and all the necessary conveniences for a longer stay. There is a lift, which is super convenient. The apartment is located right in the center with shops and eateries just outside the doorstep. The host was lovely too and very prompt in communication.

Casa Gambusso historic house beautiful Lake View býður upp á útsýni yfir stöðuvatnið og gistirými með svölum, í um 14 km fjarlægð frá Borromean-eyjum. The apartment is charming and full of character. Plus, it is huge and very well-equipped with everything from a pair of scissors to a cork screw. The hosts, Maria and Paolo, could not do enough for us. They even provided wine and several types of water in the fridge for us. There were maps with places of interest and restaurants in the area in a basket on the table. The ultimate kindness was taking us to the train station on our day of departure and handing as a bag of special amaretti cookies from the area. We travel a lot and places like this are few and far between. Very special.

Holiday Studio in Centro Storico Intra er staðsett í Intra, í innan við 37 km fjarlægð frá golfklúbbnum Patriziale Ascona og býður upp á gistirými með loftkælingu. Our friendly hosts gave very good communication. Arriving by public transport, the accommodation was easy to find and ideally situated for our needs. It's close to bus stops, ferries, good restaurants, and shops. The flat itself is nicely decorated and offers a restful atmosphere, insulated from street noise. Breakfast food is provided and there's a small kitchen. Thank you, Roberto and Claudia, for a lovely stay. We would gladly stay here again!

Gististaðurinn er staðsettur í innan við 49 km fjarlægð frá Piazza Grande Locarno og í 50 km fjarlægð frá golfklúbbnum Patriziale Ascona. Amazing place close to Lago d'Orta and Lago Maggiore - private property with real Italian hospitality; very nice home made dinner, very nice breakfast, and heartfelt evening conversations in the garden with a glas of wine. (Bonus - there is a super cute dog that loves cuddles!). Overall just amazing attitude and perfect service of the hosts. I felt very welcome.

Spiaggia Amore - Appartamenti Vacanza Vista Lago er nýlega uppgert gistirými í Cannobio, 18 km frá Piazza Grande Locarno og 18 km frá golfklúbbnum Patriziale Ascona. The kitchen was fully stocked with excellent appliances and cookware as well as beautiful china and was a joy to relax with breakfast. It gave out onto a small balcony with a view of the lake. A very short ad beautiful walk to get to either the main lakeside and center of town.

We (2 adults + 2 teen kids) have stayed at this lovely holiday home which is well cared for and equipped with everything you could have thought of. Holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, one ensuite bathroom upstairs next to the main bedroom and another one downstairs. This is very ideal for us family of 4, with teen boy and girl. Majority of the holiday home only provide 1 bathroom and 2 bathroom home is very rare to find. We are lucky to have this place available. Home is very centrally located with private free secured parking. This is a very strong point of this holiday home. Owner has provided us some complimentary coffee as well. However, you can just walk to the seafront where many restaurants and café are located. They are all facing the stunning view of the lake which is a magical atmosphere. Also, communication was great too. Owner speaks English is great plus in Italy. He was also kind enough to book the recommended restaurant on our behalf to make sure the restaurant would look after us well. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It is really rare to find. Do not miss it. You will never regret it. Thank you so much for the unforgettable stay. It was a truly magical experience for us.
