Located in Annecy, 36 km from Rochexpo, La Perle du Semnoz provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and a lift. Location was great and it was only a very short walk to the town - 7-10 minutes and it is also on a bus route. The decor and facilities were wonderful and the standard of cleanliness very high. Extra little touches such as a bottle of bubbles, bottled water, milk in the fridge and little snacks was a lovely and unexpected surprise. The spa bath and sauna were an added bonus and the little balcony with seating for meals facilitated dining outside.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and the view of the river from the kitchen window is captivating! can take up to 6 people, big "backyard" with a chair swing, and an outdoor dining area, and a nice chill/ sitting area. Oh and a great plus was the dish washer and the washing machine. I think it was less than 8 minutes by car to the lake :) Boooook ittttttt ^^
