Personal is very friendly and kind, they always answer and I think if I would need something, they will definitely help. In the apartment you have coffee, tea( my advice: put a little bit more tea) , sugar and all that you need for cooking your dinner. There are 4 separate beds and one sofa in the living room. Bed is very comfortable with extra mattresses, and bed sheets are at home, soft, and you don't feel like it has synthetic. It has two toilette( this we recognize after the second day of staying :D Thank You. 10 from 10.
