The property is comfortable ,nice , modern , furnished , easy to access, to our our suite by elevator, and I like the luggage room which is well organized inside the building basement ,the suite has every thing we need in the kitchen from the spoons to plate sett, which is includes also,dishwasher,refrigerator, freezer ,in addition to a very good brand of washing machine , moreover, I like the location of the property where there are many shops and restaurants among residential area , near educational establishments such as schools and universities, also , its a steps away from the river where I enjoyed walking beside the river , I highly recommend it .

Grotto del Pan Perdü está en Carona y dispone de wifi gratis, terraza, restaurante y bar. Hay parking privado en el propio alojamiento. Very nice Grotto, with freshly renovated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Before arriving we were informed about the possibilities for breakfast and restaurants. At our arrival, there was some minor technical issue with the heating and we were given immediately another room.

Las estancias muy cómodas. Todo fiel a lo mostrado en la web. Aunque el desayuno no estaba incluido teniamos cafe y bollería de cortesia que además reponían cada día, todo un detalle. El personal encargado muy amable. Aunque no está en el centro de Locarno se llega paseando fácilmente.

The hotel is located in a small village on a place in a nostalgic building. There is a nice courtyard and the hotel has also a resuarant, where the breakfast is served. The 3- or 4-bed room consisted of 2 separate rooms, divided through curtains. The first room was bigger than the second and we had a private bathroom, which was outside of the sleeping rooms, due to the architecture of the building. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the rich breakfast. There is a parking lot for guests (which is a little bit hidden, when you arrive from the street). This place is good for a rip with a car, visitng that region and the Maggia valley.

Everything! The central location and view were spectacular. The apartment was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of five. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome. Lo Scudo di Stabio se encuentra en Stabio, a 5,8 km de Estación de Mendrisio y a 12 km de Villa Panza, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, jardín y salón de uso común. Really excellent apartment hotel. It felt very safe (there is a main door and it doesn't open directly onto street) and the general location was perfectly fine if you have a car. About an hour/hour and a half to all the top spots in the region like lake Como and verzasca valley etc. Just make sure to leave early to avoid traffic; the main road through the town seems to be the main road for everyone traveling to Varese from Ticino and it can get a little congested. The room was really new, and clean. The kitchen amenities were great and everything we could have needed in terms of cookware was available. A bigger container of salt/cooking oil/dish soap would've been helpful for a long stay, but you can get everything you need in the department stores nearby. Bed was comfortable, and the TV had a very decent selection of channels. It was overall one of the best apartment style hotels we've stayed in. It was probably the newest/nicest building in the entire town. 10-15 minute walk to the train station which is also fair, and I would recommend that if you just want to day trip to Lugano as parking there isn't ideal. You can also easily take the train to Milan for a day. The buses from the train station later at night were also fine and drop you off very close to the hotel. The pizza place down the road was quite nice and also fairly priced for Swizterland. The pastry shop right next to it was also pleasant.
