Located within 4.3 km of Aguntum and 32 km of Wichtelpark, Apartmenthaus Nr 1 provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Lienz. The location is on the main square. There is a bakery right below the apartment... and the apartment itself is spacious. We had a great time.

The Wellness centre was a fantastic treat after a hard days skiing. It really helped soothe the muscles and made us feel strong for the next day. It probably helped keep us healthy too. We had lovely views from all the bedrooms. It was brilliant to have access to free laundry facilities every day. We enjoyed booking fresh bread deliveries too (perhaps would be even nicer if the bread was placed in a warming drawer 🙂) The rooms were clean and spacious and everything was super clean so it all seemed brand new. The bathrooms were nice and large and well designed.

Idyllinen paikka keskellä maaseutua. Lyhyt matka Neuschwansteinin linnaan on lyhyt matka, pyörällä olisi kuulemma päässyt helposti. Siisti huone, viihdyimme siinä kaksi yötä.

A recently renovated property, Das Grüne Haus - Boutique Apartments ecofriendly is located in Innsbruck near Imperial Palace Innsbruck, Innsbruck Central Station and State Museum of Tyrol -... This place is tucked away in the multitude of doors peppering the famed zig zig line of Innsbrucks colorful. Easy to find, reach and access ( there is a life), the building has a total of 6 apartments, 3 facing the Inn, and the rest with a view of the Nordkette Alps. I stayed in the latter on the top floor - it was peaceful and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze, there is also an elevator in the building. The room itself is a delight - everything’s been thought through to ensure a home-like stay. The noise isolation is excellent - the only sound from-the outside were the birds and the hourly church bells, when you left the windows open. There is a long balcony that overlooks the Nordkette - beautiful view. The kitchen’s stocked with cutlery,pots, pans, bowls and even a french press with coffee from a locally famous roastery. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the folks here had thought everything through. Katrin was always prompt in communicating and my requests ( cleaning schedule, invoices) and queries were responded to promptly and thoroughly. I will be back here whenever I visit IBK - recommended for long or short stays.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Haus Marinus is situated in Jerzens, 23 km from Area 47 and 37 km from Fernpass. This bed and breakfast features free private parking and a housekeeping service. The hosts are very warm and welcoming the place is clean, newly renovated and in a beautiful location. As we arrived we got the Piztal Sommercard, which allows a host of cool experiences, such as free entry to the Imst climbing hall, free ride on the Hochzeiger Bergbahnen and free rides on public transportation. There are small highlights that show how much thoughtfulness a host has put into the accomodation: air spray in the bathroom, beautiful breakfast cutlery, how food is presented. Free parking in front of the house is also very nice. Breakfast was delicious : melon, oranges, apple slices, cornflakes and milk, Leberwurst, honey, jams, different bread rolls and cake, orange juice and cucumber water, boiled eggs, cheese, cold cuts and coffee. I'll be happy to return 😍

Everything is new, comfortable and very clean. The views are breathtaking!! And the hosts are very kind and they took very good care of us!!
