A fabulous B&B in Springdale. Ciaran was a very welcoming host, giving us a tour of the house and lots of information when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, he even found me a needle and thread to fix my top!
Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Perfect location, a couple of minutes from the shuttle bus for Zion and close to restaurants and shops. Lemonade and cookies available every afternoon was a really nice touch. Although they don't provide breakfast, vouchers were available for two restaurants nearby.
Ciaran gave us the option to leave our car at the property all day after checking out, saving us having to find and pay for parking for Zion. We were really grateful for that.

The resort is beautiful. We only booked one night because we needed to be close to an event happing in Virgin, we would have loved to stay more. We booked a tent and it was so big and nice, and they gave us a smores set to prepare at the fireplace close to our tent, such a cool thing. Staff was really kind and nice, the best thing was actually the bathroom: the public bathrooms are full bathroom with wc, shower etc, so you can do everything in the same place, and they were always clean, with hot water, and never had to wait in line.

We were lucky enough to stumble across the most beautiful camping spot I think we've ever stayed at. We were greeted by the lovely host who immediately upgraded our tent to a better viewing point and it was incredible! The camping area has all the amenities you could possibly want, plus more. It's clean, private, the views are just breathtaking, and the price per night is exceptionally reasonable. We were highly impressed with the size of the tent, comfort of the bed and warmth the heater provided during the night. There's firewood to access, outdoor cooking facilities and little bungalows here and there with swinging rocking chairs. We will be telling all of our friends about this little gem and will definitely come back when our travels bring us this way again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
The villas were extremely new, clean and very thoughtfully appointed. There wasn’t anything we were missing - had everything! The property setting is beautiful and then the general setting is stunning.
We booked a king studio (cheapest rooms). It was spacious, ccomfortable and had a nice view over a rocky outcrop where a deeer sat under a tree for shade! Lovely pool with a great view. Quick access on foot to the park entrance and park or village shuttle buses.
The hotel is situated in Springvale, the village that serves the Zion Canyon. Very good location, the shuttle bus to the park stops just a few meters away from the hotel. You can find restaurants serving delicious food within walking distance from the hotel. Pool is highly recommended after a long hiking day!
location and views CANNOT be beat. staff was incredibly helpful. the kitchenette and dining room tables made the room feel luxurious and comfortable, and the beds were perfection. Great shower pressure! On site spa and Zion Canyon village were incredibly convenient.
