Large rooms with great amenities. Snacks and beverages were a nice touch. Breakfast was really good, and Cheryl was super at suggestions for enjoying the area. Close to shops and restaurants, but very quiet. Easy parking.

Pros:
1. Great staff, very attentive and kind. I appreciated all the communication and texts. Wish though their online system wasn't so confusing. When they reply to your messages, you apparently have to scroll all the way down to read it. A lot of the message at the beginning is filled with so much general information, I didn't notice they had replied to my personal messages until I was done with the trip. Loved that the cleaning lady left me some bath salts to try, it was very kind of her.
2. Location was great, very convenient and close to everything, yet very quiet which I prefer.
3. Enjoyed my view of the mountains and the terrace.
4. The room and bathroom are quite big and spacious.

It was spacious, comfortable, washer and dryer. Had all we needed to do some cooking. Had lots of towels and washcloths. The home had a nice design. Nice deck, yard and hot tub. Neighbor hood was quite, we felt safe.

The location was great, and the staff was nice. Our villa was excellent. We felt like home. Not no ordinary "hotel". All the amenities you can ask for , the place was clean. Kids enjoyed, and so did we. Definitely, if we come back to Sedona,Arizona, we are staying here for sure.

Loved how it had an indoor pool and outside pool. The villa where I stayed was spacious and gave home vibes. Plenty of towels were given. Kitchen was clean. Staff was nice! I had a flat tire and the guy at the check in helped me air my tire. Overall enjoyed the views and my stay. Would recommend!
The property was fine. However, they only had one villa for us instead of 3. I paid for 3 nights and 3 villas. We had to wait and the property had to come up with 2 more villas
Very well taken care of villas and grounds, friendly and thorough check in with maps, activity sheet, unit had everything we needed… comfy bed, all the kitchen amenities like home , liked having a large salad bowl with tongs, extra towels and tp, nice shampoo etc in dispensers in the upstairs shower, huge tv in living room and smaller in bedroom, outdoor patios, easy access out the back to the pool, grass at the back.. feels cooler… very quiet to sleep. Location right behind Starbucks and can walk to grocery store across 89a.
Awesome location, only a short drive from downtown but the drive head east has exceptional views. The villa was awesome and clean, took a bit for the AC and fridge to settle in but we can blame the heat for the that. Bonus the cherry plum trees right outside our front door. The arcade and pools were awesome. The kids had a blast. Will be staying here a 2nd time. Came here from a friends recommendation.
The Villas at Poco Diablo were so cute and cozy! Check-in was super easy and the team at the front desk were incredibly helpful. Adam assisted me with a room change after my first night (I was in need of a bathtub) and he made it happen! The bed was comfy, the kitchenette super convenient, and the oversized bathtub was a dream.
The resort is located in a great spot—not far from anything in Sedona or Oak Creek. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay and will definitely return the next time that I make my way to Sedona.
