This place was amazing. Best place we've stayed at in Pigeon Forge. The rooms were very clean. Very spacious. Complete privacy. We heard no one. View was incredible from the balcony. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything. The pools and hot tub were clean. It's really enjoyable. My family and I will plan many more vacations here. We usually get a cabin because of privacy. But hate the fees that come with it. We loved our stay here, and we will definitely be planning many more stays here.

Very clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Popcorn and drinks are served in the afternoon and breakfast was great and one of the largest selections that I have seen. Location was central to many attractions and the hotel is on the river. Ducks, and geese adore the property and we feed several from hand. Santa’s Village and Puckett’s BBQ are next to hotel. Oh and did I mention fresh cookies in the evening too!
I loved the atmosphere, the staff were great, rooms were clean and smelled amazing. We had a balcony overlooking the village and that was great and fun to watch. Close to some yummy restaurants. The guys doing the valet parking spoiled us a little.
Loved how well kept the property was and the location, it was great having access to the village through extra doors in the hotel. Convenience to all of the activities and attractions. Heated pool and hot tub with an amazing view of the wheel.
Was impressed with the staff- super helpful and friendly!!!! Received an amazing price for this impressive hotel that normally couldn't do especially during tourist season. Loved the fireplace in the room!! Also loved that we literally didn't have to leave the village because their was so much to see and do right there.
We stay 3-4 times per year on our way to our vacation home and we are never disappointed. Rooms are always clean and the view is great. The employees are always super nice and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay at Twin Mountains!
