Very clean and (relative for NYC) spacious room, with a comfy bed and great shower. The check in and out process was very straightforward and all staff I met were very friendly. Nicely located, close walk to areas like Soho, West Village and Hudson River Park.
Amazing location! You're close to everything yet not in the middle of super busy midtown, easy to walk to the West Village and a subway 2 mins from the hotel. Staff were helpful and happy to accomodate when our first room was really loud.
Clean hotel, very kind staff and a great location that is close to the city and also has great views. The breakfast buffet has an OK selection but the food is very nice. The outdoor lounge area is amazing too. Rooms are on the smaller size which is good for short term stays. Super cosy room and bed.
We loved every minute. The Sanctuary is the perfect place if you want to explore NYC a little longer, since you have a fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious room. It's veryconveniently located in Lower East Side/East Village, a lovely neighbourhood to stroll around, all the grocery markets nearby, cafes, restaurants, whatever you wish.

We were visiting during a heat wave and found the lobby such a comfort of cold air and comfort. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Great location for walking Round, music and wonderful cafes and restaurants.
The staff were really friendly and the location was fantastic. Subway was a few hundred meters away. But Greenwich Village was at their door step. They even offered a free walking tour which introduced me to all that the area had to offer.
