We are grateful to the owners of the cottage for their hospitality. Everything was fine. But, I would like more free space. The location of the cottage relative to the ocean and attractions was excellent.

It was a beautiful home and location. Love the easy access to the beach. Gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Several nice restaurants within walking distance.

We loved the decor! My daughter loved the bunk bed so much that we are getting her one like it. It was nice that we could bring our dog. We felt safe in the neighborhood. You need a pass to get in and out. There was security at the gate at all times. It was fairly close to stores and restaurants. The hot tub was wonderful! They had most dishes that you would need.
The beach was about a 10-15 minute drive. If you want a lot of entertainment you may want to consider another place but we did not mind driving 10-15 minutes, we liked the privacy and the pricing helped a lot as well.
There is a great pizza place only 3 minutes away, called Harbor Grill and pizza which we highly recommend!
I wish I had bought groceries ahead of time. The area definitely marks their food pricing up! I would consider getting the essentials ahead and some cleaning supplies, see below.

Location is good. Short walk to the public beach entrance. Very comfortable condo especially for the price. It was just 2 of us but a family of 4 would have plenty of room. Having 2 bathrooms is fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely everything. It was so incredible and the most ‘at home’ feel I’ve ever had on a vacation. From the booking staff, to the neighbors to just the house itself. It was all so welcoming and truly made our stay exceptional. This was the most ‘at ease’ vacation home I’ve ever been to and truly the only I’ll come back to in NC! I can’t say enough home happy & pleased I was with this home. Everything we needed at our fingertips and more - inside and out, on top of the location was seconds from the beach!
Everyone was super friendly and the room was SO NICE! We felt like we had our own little vacation house without it even being a house. Two bedrooms. One had two beds for the kids and one had one bed for dad and I. There was a kitchen with everything you need, a living, and a dining area. The pool was great for younger kids and older kids/adults. The beach was also super close.
