Timber and Tin is an amazing location in the quaint small town of Kanab. The facilities are well thought out and planned, the pool and hot tub are fantastic (albiet the hot tub a bit hot). We stayed five nights and loved it. The unit was well stocked with the basic supplied Paper and plastic products, cleaning supplies etc. and coffee pods which was a big surprise.

We loved the remoteness of the camp and the way we could see stars/milkyway as we sat on our deck with a bit of wine. The group kitchen was well stocked and convenient to use with dedicated storage space for each tent.

The room was pretty nice, brand new. It is located at the end of the village but you find some.places to lunch or dinner. Very clean. The coffee was good, I enjoyed crambled eggs, bread and pancakes as well.
Perfect breakfast for us. Guitar musician concert outside on Saturday evening was very nice and chairs were provided, Took the tour of the Best Friends Sanctuary which was great and had a lovely vegan lunch at Angel's Village Cafe (included with our stay at the Roadhouse).
The room was big enough for the 4 of us.
Enough space for all the cars in the free parking space.
Kanab is a small nice village, around 1 hour drive in average to Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Zion, that we visited. For me, its location is a 10.
