The condo is part of Kona Islander Inn complex, but this particular one is directly handeld by Chris and Heather, as I believe every condo may have different owners. The condo is very clean, smartly furnished so that there is quite a lot of free space but also a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and storage. A small balcony/terrace completes it. The Inn has a common laundry but we didn't use it. The location is literally in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Communication was good! Chris & Heather gave me all the info via the Booking messenger and they were always ready to answer: I asked for a late check out on the last day (2pm instead of 11am) with 2 days advance, and got answered quickly that was possible (extra fee required). We always found a free parking in the parking that serves the whole Inn, but I have the feeling it might become limiting in higher seasons. So overall we were really happy with this choice.

Made you feel very welcomed. Best spot in Kona. You can't find somewhere closer to the ocean. Clean, kitchen well stocked. Prime location for the village. Family felt very safe. Our room 207 had snorkeling gear and beach chairs.
I liked the end result of my discussion with Vacation International (VI) Resorts, which is the organization responsible for Sea Village units advertised on Booking.com. Final result: unit #2206, 2bd, 2ba, ocean view.
Great property and location. Right across from a beautiful beach. Minutes from Kona Village. Beautiful pool, property is well-maintained and right across the street from Magics Beach Grill, which has great food, great drinks, and a view of White Sands Beach. Very quiet at night and could hear the waves from the beach in our unit.
Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. We were on the top floor with a lanai over looking the golf course. It was quiet. The villa and property facilities suited our needs. We rented a car and so the 'parking included' was perfect. Location wise the resort was within a reasonable driving distance to everything we wanted to do and see during our stay.
We had everything we need also the provided beach gear was really nice. The ice machine was really great that way we had our selfmade ice our whole stay. It was really someone's home and and was therefore equiped with everything you would like yourself to have in a vacation home.
Villa was spacious with all that was needed to be self contained.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful spot to stay.
The grounds and gardens were well maintained.
Great pool facilities.
The Tuesday night Mai Tai and hula performances were great.
I stayed at F4, and it was amazing. Sparkling clean, they have everything you need for a pleasant stay: all kitchenware (really, everything) , beach chairs, umbrella even snorkels although we didn't use it since we had ours.
There are some people that actually live in the complex and they were very friendly, so were the other guests during our staying, which made wonderful memories from our time in the pool.
It is walk distance from the village.
