The location was so close to the beach. We rented both top & bottom unit because of the amount of people in our group. Both patios were big and were perfect. Lots of seating. The parking in the garage is really only for two cars because there’s bikes. The parking on the side by the stairs is SUPER TIGHT & it’s difficult to get out once parked. So that shouldn’t be considered a parking spot unless you’re driving a golf cart, literally. But the fact that we had parking for 2 cars was awesome. We had an issue with the tv downstairs not working and Darcy offered to come fix it the next day.

The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make dinner or breakfast. The host provided complimentary snacks, tea, and coffee. The bedrooms were spacious, and everything was clean. Loved that we had an assigned parking spot and did not have to struggle with finding parking, it was closed to the beach, and beach chairs, umbrella, and towels were also available for us to use. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay at.

The owner was so friendly and made us feel at home. He gave us a tour of the property and was in contact throughout stay. The property is beautiful and has a convenient store right across the street. Beach is walking distance which made it even better. Amazing stay! Would definitely book again.😁

Breakfast was fine. Unfortunately because of the location of the hotel there is a lot of car and people noise at late night. It is not the fault of the hotel but just the location of the people and its traffic. The hotel itself is very comfortable and nice. The TV wouldn’t work for us. I think the remote needed a new battery.

It was close to a medical appointment we needed for a rare procedure not done elsewhere in the country. It's also right across the street from the Old World Village. For HB, the room cost was reasonable enough.
Designer House is located in the city center. Very convenient location - 5 minutes to the beach, all the necessary infrastructure is nearby. Quiet courtyard, parking spaces available. The apartment literally has everything for a comfortable stay, especially the Sound-system. Everywhere is clean and cozy, thoughtfully and maximally prepared for guests to stay)) The hostess is very attentive, pleasant and responsive. Next time we will stay in this villa! Highly recommend.

The property itself feels like a small village with restaurants, Starbucks, a pizzeria, shops and life music on weekends.
The location was great. Right across the street from Costco & Old Town Village. No freeway noises or road noise, I only heard a door in the hall once. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The a/c worked great. The bar of soap in the bathroom smelled so good. The ice machine was right before we got to the elevator, so very convenient on our way out.
