They are a sweet couple and the place is beautiful clean and cozy. Perfect for right by the city but not in the chaos. We had everything we needed and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely be booking again next time.

Size of the apartment (room 801) was really big for what you can usually find in NYC. Ideal for families and large parties.
The doormen, reception and cleaning ladies were super friendly, attentive.
Is pet friendly (my dogs are old and very well behaved so we didn’t have any issues).
Overall good wi-fi. We recorded our dogs when leaving the room and connection never cut off.

Really lovely little apartment! I only stayed for 1 night but it would be great for longer stays as well since it has a kitchenette. The room was clean, comfortable, and has a stylish design. I highly recommend!

Great location. Excellent public transportation.Close to Columbia University. A beautiful house with lots of character. Nice rooms with beautiful wooden floors. Has a kitchen were you can have your own breakfast with basic ingredients provided. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Feels more like a home than an hotel. We spent a full week at Northern lights andI would love to come back.

The studio was clean and cosy, and had both AC and a fan which are essentials in the summer. It also has a fridge and a microwave, in case you want to buy some simple food items like yoghurt or microwavable food. Host was friendly and responsive. It's also well-connected to Manhattan as the bus stop is just one street away. A variety of Latino food restaurants around, cheaper than NYC, and grocery stores nearby.
