Good location, there are two ac in the one bedroom apartment, pretty new renovation. Room is nicely decorated. Community is closed with the gates so it more safe.

Everything one could possibly need had been anticipated. The privacy and comfort of one's living space. The daily breakfast offerings and eggs cooked to order. Beach equipment there for you to use. EXCELLENT secure code operated entey gate from the street and to enter the facility. It was like having a home. Close to a 24hr Supermarket...excellent restaurants...a pharmacy...a laundromat AND 2 BLOCKS to the Beach!

This was the first time I was greeted and given a tour of the facility by the realtor of all vacation rentals. Shout out to Diego who was very attentive and at our disposal. Best place in Isla Verde!

It was a great place to crash for a quick night. I am a little bit older then the medium age of people that I came into contact with. It was definitely a younger vibe than I prefer on vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the air condition was a great bonus on a warm night. There are some very cute shops/cafe's near by. The beach was beautiful and a quick walk from the Villa.
A perfect oasis in the heart of San Juan. Lyzanne was a gracious and accommodating hostess!! The ambiance reminded us of a Mediterranean villa. Access to a soaking tub!!

As a solo woman I of course was cautious when looking for a place. However this little gem was exactly what I needed. It was an amazing location with a bridge access to the beach less than a 5 mins walk. The room and property were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had everything I needed a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The neighborhood the home is located is around other vacation homes so you won’t be the only person walking in the area. I loved it and think it’s great for solo travelers and couples.
For the Price the Villa was better than expected. The Staff was Wonderful except for the Language Barrier. The Breakfast was Sub-standard. But the Pool and Cleanliness was Excellent.
The property was very nice but the villa itself, EXCEPTIONAL! They had everything we would need. Very clean, decorated beautifully and the BED!!! Omg the beds felt amazing. Best sleep on vacation I’ve ever had.
