Very cozy hotel, breakfast was tasty, good sound isolation, the hotel is near the hiking roads, pleasant stuff (Monica was very helpfull and made our stay perfect - best wishes for her), there are two saunas in this hotel. Excellent location, very close to the main tourist sites including Gubalowka & Krupowki street. Free parking was wonderful to have! Excellent service from staff, especially when booking the spa one evening (it was simply heavenly!! Dziekuje bardzo!) The villa was very clean and tidy. Me and my family enjoyed our time there.
There was AC in every room in the villa and also there was a washing machine.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was an excellent experience overall. Price/Performance ratio was excellent for such a place. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. If you have booked this place, it's definitely worth a good walk around the area because of the fantastic views and village atmosphere. A good pizzeria and Zabka are in 15 minutes walk distance.
Beatiful location, comfortable and well-equipments rooms, the location of the villa is ideal for nature lovers, it is close to hiking and the center of Zakopane. By the way owners of the villas are great. THey invest time for us to help and guide us and supply a lot od indormation. No doubt we will come back

A very nice and cosy well equipped apartement. It's located in the heart of Zakopane with beautiful surroundings. Krupówki street and other entertainment opportunities are in a walking distance. The host is very friendly and helpful also speaks english very well. The cost of staying here is reasonable compared to other holiday homes in the city. I definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants to have a hearth-warming experince in Zakopane.
