The breakfast is delivered to the rooms from a previously selected menu; enough quantity per person. Outstandingly, is the staff; very helpful, supportive, friendly and respectful. The property is absolutely beautiful and is located perfectly. It’s just footsteps from Old Town Krakow. The facilities were very nice and parking was included. We also enjoyed the balcony on the unit. We’d highly recommend a stay here while in Krakow. It’s a great value for the price.

I liked the fact that I had a very nice quiet room - I never saw another person on my floor, the 5th. I had view out on the small balcony. It was right across the street from the tram stop - and I was able to ride free as a senior. Tram ride is about 20 minutes or so to the old town area. Breakfast was very good. Staff was most helpful. It had a nice small kitchen area with microwave and refrig. Note: parking is in a garage below the hotel - the staff at the desk on the first floor will assign you a parking space - it was around 20 zl per day ($5 US approximately). Yes - Parking in the garage costs money, but it was very secure - it had a garage door at the exit which was closed at night.
