This is a beautiful, picturesque villa in upper Karpacz. We had a large room with a balcony, a delicious breakfast buffet, and a gym, sauna and salt cave—all of which are available to guests free of charge!
Rooms are new, bed is perfect. Free access for wheelchairs, the only problem is the road leading to the reception and villas. Restaurant has great breakfasts to suggest.
Located just outside the village border, private parking is a luxury hard to find within Karpacz. WiFi and sat TV add to the comfort of home. Super Market is just around the corner and open from 6-22.30 on weekdays. Great basecamp for daytrips. Everything is neat and tidy and kept that way.
Fantastic vacation. The pictures don’t do the place justice. We had everything we need for a comfortable vacation. Villa szycha is located close to town so you can take a nice stroll and have dinner. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.

Very special place - hostel is located in a beautiful building, some kind of villa, inside everything is new and very comfortable, there is a big kitchen with all you might need, dining area with tables and sofas. I really enjoyed staying there!
Great location nearby the main city center of Karpacz. The hotel is located in a street nearby the main street resulting in a very quit location compared to the rest of the village. The charilift can be reached by feet in about 15/20 minutes. The staff was nice and welcoming. Easy communication prior to the arrival. The breakfast changed during the two-days stay, but it was always good. Water, coffee, tea was always available at the reception on in the room.
The location is very good, everything is whithin walking distance (restaurants, shops, ski track). Our room had a mountain view, that was amasing)) The atmosphere inside Villa Retro is exactly as it is shown on the site, cosy and warm. The owner decorated every its corner with his soul and care for visitors. Will definitely come back here in the nearest future.
