We had a nice stay in this beautifully decorated apartment. This property is one of the units in Residence Anse Margot. It is on the bay side, not the north ocean side. The beach is not a swimming beach but the 100 meter long beach is good for a short walk. You will need to drive to other beaches to really have a beach experience. Great large porch with partial water views. Nice clean pool. There is a minimart very near the unit at the local gas station.

We were unsure of which part of St. Martin to stay in, but very glad we chose this spot. Amazing to be right on the water. Spectacular view of bay, with Marigot and mountains in the background, plus out to Anguilla. Quiet and low-key - just perfect. Great walk out to Pointe du Bluff. Very comfortable and relaxing and great service. A real treat!!!

Everything about this stay was fantastic! We loved it here! We felt safe and were close to local grocery stores and food spots. Laundry in unit (villa) was amazing. And the pool was spectacular! Definitely the place to stay!
The apartment is clean, comfortable and very well provisioned. Everything you need is there. The bed is super comfortable. WiFi is strong and the location couldn’t be better. Walk downstairs and you are in the village with your choice restaurant. The small market is right there for grocery/sundry items.
The water pressure was excellent during our stay which can sometimes be an issue on the island (which is no fault of the property owner).
The location was only couple of minutes drive to Super U, L'Express and amazing restaurants such as Le Piment, La Villa Hibiscus, Sao Asian Factory, and many more. The room also looked exactly like it is in the pictures.
Fantastic villa with an amazing view. Walking distance to two very nice beaches. A nice pool. Full amnesties and comfortable bedrooms. Thibault who was the concierge and manager during our stay, did a phenomenal job guiding us and making our stay a very memorable one amidst a water heater tank that broke during our stay. I would definitely book it again
The Villa was stunning and the views were amazing with all amenities included. Location is perfect to great beaches and so quiet all day and night. Beds were very comfortable, shower had hot water, kitchen had all amenities. Air conditioning worked perfectly.
if you are looking for a quiet luxurious villa not too far away from the touristic spot, this is your villa. very quiet, very nice layout indoor and outdoor. the Terrace is just fantastic, we spent most of our time outside. bed were comfy, Kitchen has necessary amenities and bathroom were very nice.
