I liked the room very much, the room had everything you need, the room is spacious, very clean, with air conditioning and there was a separate small room for eating, where there was a small refrigerator and a kettle. A nice bonus were croissants and jam. The apartment is close to the sea. They cleaned every day. In the hallway there is a microwave, iron and coffee machine. Very nice staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Benvenuti. Diego and his team work hard to make your stay comfortable and you are made to feel very welcome. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good a/c. Breakfast is great and coffee is excellent. Hotel is in a good location next to a huge wooded park, 5mins to beach and 10mins walk to train station. All round super value for money and we look forward to returning!!
The apartment is so authentic and includes everything you need in a holiday home. The host is too friendly and did a warm welcome on arrival. Just for fun. During the Viareggio Carnival a beautiful place to stay, even if for us it were for a only a one night stay. Great the interior of the villa! In the original furbished style of an era of leisure and style.
Valentina and her father are the loveliest of people. Both very humble and attentive getting us breakfast each morning and helping when needed.
The Villa is immaculate and all needs are catered for, everything is so clean and organised.

The villa has a great location - a reasonable walking distance from the sea shore, the train station and the local supermarket. The host is welcoming and super helpful. The town itselt may look kind of "plastic", but that's what you would expect from an all year-round popular tourist place.
Villa Tina is a very beautiful small hotel....! Stunning original 1920s features.
My bedroom was spotless...bed very comfortable. I slept really well.
And the mini fridge was so handy for bottled waster ..and wine..!

So much better than expected. Booked the villa for its location, found a lovely Italian style house, clean, with all the amenities one needs to have a comfortable stay. After a day spent on the beach or site sightseeing was such a treat to return to the quiet and fresh cool villa.
The host, Luca, such a lovely person, we arrived late and he waited for us, made sure we had a good stay and had useful information to share about the location.
