The staff was very friendly and helpful! Davide (the guy at the reception) gave me a Venice map and a bus schedule, explained where I can go, and what the main sights are. We stayed here 11 years ago and loved the location and the quaint Villa type property! It still is so lovely, staff pleasant and so accommodating! Loved our room overlooking the canal and the restaurant next door, soooo convenient as the food was excellent there also a big plus away from the tour area..
A beautiful hotel that retains all the original character and charm of a Venetian villa. We had a good sized room with dual aspect views of the canals. Well located for restaurants, bars and sightseeing and easy access from the Tranchetto via the vaporetto service. Good choice of breakfast which could be taken in the outside courtyard. No evening menu but the staff were very helpful with recommendations.
This property is exactly as described, and it was nice to have a kitchen and washing machine. The location is right by a Piazza and just a few minutes, walk to the main bridge. The owner was very communicative and helped us book a transport directly from the airport to the villa. The check-in was really easy and everything was perfect.
