This apartment is all about the location! The views overlooking Bellagio and Lake Como at night were incredible, especially at sunset. Restaurants directly underneath, and ferry stop only a few minutes walk. Also it is an extremely spacious apartment with its own separate laundry, a big plus for us. Our host was so lovely too. We were running late and she stayed back to meet us.

Every thing about Bolvedrina villa was superb.
The villa was beautifully presented. Everything we needed was available. The presentation was authentically Italian. The style was inspiring. Tucked away just 2 minutes from the lake and close to Bar Roma (which became our local) the villa was a home away from home.
Our host Francesca was a delight.

Amazing views of Lake Como in a quiet setting with a beautiful apartment to enjoy the stay. Beds were comfortable and Air Con was incredible. Quite a drive (uphill) to get to but villages around to find food. Great stay
Breakfast was superb, and the restaurant where breakfast was served had fantastic views. Room was very clean. We had booked the attic room, which also had great views of the lake. Parking was just outside the hotel, but the spaces are limited. The location of the hotel is superb, the boat stop is several steps away, villa Carlotta is at a short walking distance. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would gladly stay here again.
Fabulous location, right next to ferry stop to explore other towns and villages on Lake Como, also bus stop right outside. Pool was a welcome place to relax after a day exploring. Lake view room is breathtaking, however be aware it's noisy, overlooking main road so busy all day and night. If you need quiet to sleep, get a room away from road, I struggled on night to sleep due to traffic.
Excellent location with as good a view of one of the prettiest parts of the lake as there is and close to the steamer berth and Villa Carlotta. The large balcony, with electrically operated sun awning and table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the lake, mountains views and the activities in the street and on the lake. The apartment is an old building with tiled and stone sett floors and shuttered windows but is well appointed.
The property itself was a perfect size, amazing surrounding with addition of the pool and tennis court. Always enough parking spots. Really Little cute hotel - villa.
The villa is such a beautiful historic place. Inside, everything was taken care of, from kitchen supplies, coffee, and even pasta for very hungry travelers :) There was a bottle of water by the bed, bath essentials, and even an umbrella and a grocery bag that we could use for the local supermarket. The villa was very clean, with an amazing park outside. It was truly a mesmerizing place. Matteo and Lorenzo were very helpful. I think the pictures says it all how stunningly beautiful this place is.
This property was the perfect gem to find in Tremezzo. It is so well decorated, maintained, clean and conveniently located. The owners treat you like family and it was a dream to stay in their beautiful villa. Also, the breakfast is incredible! Lina bakes these delicious cakes and it makes you feel like you’re right at home. Highly recommend this place!
