The house is very well equipped and has literally everything you might need, when you’re on holidays.
It’s located about 8min walk from Spiaggia L’approdo, which we actually preferred than the famous La Pelosa (located 15min away).
It was very quiet and peaceful around the villa (in October). The weather was fantastic.
Marcella, who greeted us on the first day was very lovely and the communication with Claudio was also very smooth. He always answered our questions immediately and had good recommendations.

The location was excellent - just a short stroll to the most beautiful beaches, including the world-famous La Pelosa beach. The property was located in a quiet cul de sac immersed in gardens, and with a typically Sardinian landscape. The house is very clean and comfortable. Big terrace with dining area, amazing landscape with warm pool and nice olive and myrtle trees. Walking distance to great beaches.
Alberto and Luana are very friendly and helpful hosts, always available to assist with any questions and recommendations for the excellent local restaurants and anything else you might need. We also appreciate nice welcoming treats: local wine and dessert plate :)

We had there all we have needed....Owner was very kind , helpful , no problem with comunication ....beautiful village , lot of green plants , flowers.... The location in low season, is a bit abandoned. A vacation house neighbourhood, about 15 minutes drive to the little town. Where you can find groceries, restaurants etc.
Famous beach is a short drive past the center. Many other beaches nearby.
The apartment is excellent , well furnished and our feeling was very positive since we arrived. It was easy to find thanks to numerous road signs (it is inside a large complex of villas and Hotel). Close to Stintino and nearest beaches in the area: famous La Pelosa, La Pazzona, Le Saline, Ezio Mannu, Coscia di donna. Easy to move from for a visit to the rest of the area.
We had an amazing time at Agriturismo al Riparo dai Venti. It was located really close to La Pelosa Beach and the next village. The accomendations were quite new and really comfortable. Also the typical italian breakfast was really good. Would definitely recommend.
This is a really well presented village of apartments, very well taken care of and spotlessly clean, including the pool. This location is perfect for easily visiting La Pelosa beach which turned out to be the most beautiful beach I've come across (remember to book your ticket for beach access in the summer months!). You would struggle to find clearer waters than this, very special and great to see how well it is taken care of.
A great villa, which was one of four. It had a small garden area with BBQ and a large veranda next to the property for outside dining. Additionally there a separate garden area for each villa with a small pool in each. It was an ideal location between Stintino and Pelosa beach. The view from the terrace and garden over the sea was amazing. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were large and very comfortable.
Great place to stay. Wonderful private pool, great views (if you look the right way), lovely brand new kitchen, spacious villa, comfy beds. Coffee was there, dishwasher tabs, washing up liq etc. Really convenient. Lovely looked after Gardens, and the lady who came to clean pool also helped to operate washing machine.
