Just a stunning little apartment. We had the upmost amazing stay here. The hosts were very welcoming and they personally made us breakfast and cleaned our rooms. They showed us the best locations and restaurants to visit in Sirmione. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities and the shower was deluxe. They even offered a private parking spot which was great since we had a rental car.

The room was nice and spacious, and located with the windows to the backyard (where there is the backyard of a restaurant as well, but they turned off the music at around 10.30 at night, so no problem there). Really nice shower as well and lots of space to put clothes in the wardrobe.
The b&b is easy enough to find if you just go up the steps up to the right of the Bougainvillea house and turn left when you enter the park. The video sent from the owner upfront also helped.

The staff at Villa Pagoda are wonderful people who go above and beyond expectations to help their guests and to be fair and kind towards guests. I can't express how much I appreciate their efforts towards their guests!
Just look at the photos because that is what you will get. Hotel was situated just a few minutes into the village and then a 30 minute walk or short bus journey into the old town. The owners are a mum and daughter team who look after you throughout your stay and make you feel very welcome and always on hand to recommend good restaurants.

The breakfasts were always excellent. The hosts made us feel welcome, into their home - in the sense that we were able to have friends meet us at the property and share a picnic type sandwich lunch. Everyone was really wonderful. The space in the refrigerator for our things was a bonus we didn't know about until we arrived. The grounds and garden are truly villa level - beautiful Italian gardens. We loved everything about this special place and intend to stay again in the future.
