The house met my personal requirements - I needed a temporary place to stay for few days, nearby the port. Didn't need any specials or extras, so it was ok for me. Please note that you have to bring everything with you - towels linen, products for cooking. There are cups and cutlery but nothing more. After I rented the house the hosts contacted me and fairly explained this to me offering also to cancel the booking for no costs if I wished so. The staff of the renting company are helpful and correct. Please also note that the location is outside Santa Teresa with no options for shopping nearby. You'll need a car to reach the town.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Gandamar! The house was clean, well maintained and we loved the outside garden and terrace! AC was working very well, which was necessary for hot July summers. Breakfast was good, typically Italian (pastries, yoghurt, bread and jam), and it was nice getting to know the other guests. The owners were friendly and accommodated our requests, and we felt very welcomed. We will be back!
Super cute small "village" on the tip of Sardinia. Full of charm and delicious breakfast with the most spectacular view on the water and coastline. We loved it and can really recommend. We really could not understand the negative comments we read previously.
The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. The location overlooking and next to the beach was superb as were the day beds next to the beach exclusively for hotel guests. As well as being on the beach the hotel was a 2 minute walk o the village.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Nicoletta.
It’s quiet, which is important to us, the rooms are modern but characterful, the pool is very clean, and the breakfast is excellent.

Villa Nicoletta is a beautiful quite rural location within minutes of beaches and all the things one might want to do from Porto Pozzo, Palau and Terese di Gallura. I loved the serenity, the exceptional staff, the swimming pool and the breakfast in the beautiful pavillion. You will need a car! A special recommendation is a day sailing with Paulo to Bonafacio, Corsica organised by Villa Nicolleta. A pecial mention for the birdsong!
Lovely quiet B&B, near Porto Pozzo and 15 mins drive to Santa Teresa, where there are some fantastic restaurants. The villa nicoletta owners will happily provide recommendations / make reservations and sort day trips, and do everything to make you feel welcome. Lovely pool which we had to ourselves most the time. Great breakfast. And excellent walks and beaches near capa testa and Santa teresa.
The villa is really as beautiful as in the pictures. Its location is perfect. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

Finding the villa was a little bit difficult because we arrived late, but the staff was there to welcome us with keys and walked us around the house to show us everything. Our room was small but clean, and the facilities were new. The terrace offers breathtaking views of the harbour and sea. The breakfast was good, though choices were limited.
Cristina is a lovely hostess and everything was exceptional. Our room was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and perfectly clean. We do not speak any Italian and Cristina has very little English but with her cellphone translation app we communicated easily. She went above and beyond to help us arrange a boat trip to La Maddalena Islands, one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast she offers includes hard boiled eggs, breads and pastries, cereal, yogurt and more. If Booking.com allowed it we would give Villa Cristina a 10+ rating!
