A beautiful villa in many ways, the hosts are very friendly too. The air-conditioner was a lifesaver when it was so hot in Sardinia. Important things to note: there is no WIFI, no towels are provided, and you need to pay at the villa upon arrival either card or cash, you need €300 cash deposit upon arrival too(€50 cash extra for check in between 22:00-06:00). There’s a supermarket a two minute walk away which you can buy everything you need, and the walk into town or the beach is not bad at all.
All was perfect. Beautiful villa next to the best beaches, good restaurants and vineyard. Marco and his family was very nice, welcoming, we had very good stay. They provide good breakfast, which is rare in Italy, paying attention to the details in the room and on the property. Stunning view, enough parking space. Would recommend absolutely.

We loved the little apartment!!!! Simply furnished but functional. We were located not far away from the BBQ restaurant. It was a lovely and quiet place. WI-FI and AC both good. We had dinner twice at the BBQ restaurant and the food was good, same for the buffet breakfast.
The beach is not far away but you can’t go on foot. The shuttle is a lifesaver. The village nearby is okay for buying some food at the market.

In a super quiet place, the host is very nice. The hostel is incredibly spacious, clean and sophisticated! It is also a perfect choice for longer stays, and there are beautiful flowers in the garden!
We thought the hotel was just perfect! It was a great place to relax for the week and we loved the pool areas, bbq restaurant and the beach bar and beach restaurant. It also wasn’t too far into the little village where the were a few more good restaurants and a great gelato shop! Our room had a lovely view out to the sea and everything felt peaceful. The staff were very helpful in helping us book a rental car and excursions and we loved that there were activities on offer if we wanted to get involved.
It was fine overall but if travelling in the area again as a couple I'd stay at San Teodoro village. It's more a dated family resort than a place for couples
Beautiful view from my apartment, great, well kept and quiet area of private own holiday houses,lovely and helpful lady on reception.
Good thing also taht towels and bed linen was included on price as many places in Italy charge you extra for it.
(You will need your own washing liquid,sponges or cloths as not provided, everything else like plates, cutlery and pans was there)
Close to beautiful spiggia isuledda and san teodoro about 5 mint drive as well

Immaculately clean, double super location which was close to everything including the beach and town centre & supermarket. Nice quiet location set behind main road down a little residential street. Would definitely book the same spot when I return next year.
