Very friendly staff. You can leave your car in the car park (for a fee) if you are going on a multi-day hike in the mountains. We stayed two nights in Villa Aurora. One before our hike and one after. Spacious room with nice view. Nice breakfast. Close to the center of Martino di Castrozza.
The hotel has all the necessary amenities (bar, pool, spa, common area). The location is very close to the centre of the village and next to the ski slopes.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Aurora. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was well equiped and large. We travelled with a little baby, so we appreciated the size of the room and the view from balcony. Also as a gluten free person I must say, that the GF breakfast offer was perfect. The staff even prepared a freshly baked GF bread for me every day, which was very nice. Next year we will definitely visit this hotel again.
The location is ok, you need to take the skibus and is not in front of the house, but if you want to walk around the village it's nice.
We really liked the children's playroom, the pool, the sauna. Made all the difference in the bad weather.
All the personel, but especially thise in the breakfast room were very nice.
Villa is very clean, which is quite near to the center. I also liked that. The bus stop to the ski shuttle was quite close to the hotel. Good breakfast, especially brioshe. The person is very polite. The staff (thank you Gianluca) helped a lot by providing the necessary information how to arrive to the ski shuttle and also provided ski passes. Thank you a lot for the nice stay.
We had a cozy room on the top floor, it's okay for short stay. And there is a window with a view, the view is amazing . If you are lucky, you can have the front room with a balcony and amazing view in front of your door/ window.
And the breakfast is really good.
The village itself is really beautiful, from there you can go to the mountains, as they have several stations to go up.

Well located in centre of village amongst eateries. Parking adjacent to hotel. Staff serving us that day was hospitable and friendly. One flight of stairs to the rooms. Good walking and interesting sights around the village and some 30-40 min drive further to the national park.
