Excellent communication with the staff, both online and in person. Really helpful, and very kind. We felt so welcomed, like at home. We were happy to discover that bikes are available (with baby chairs !!) , so we used them a lot to see around (stunning cycling paths along the beach).
The location couldn't be better! Loved the proximity of local commerce and a good restaurant.
Kitchen well equipped (new dish sponge, dish soap, nice pans, etc), an the terrasse is huge!

Friendlies and hospitality of the staff is amazing.
Apartment was clean and in maintained condition.
However, very important that the owner replaces the mattress of the bed which is the worst possible condition, and one of the most important things to make a comfortable night sleep.

Luxury renovated villa, everything is ideal to detail! Very comfortable bed, quality toiletries and luxury towels, super clean - we felt like home. Breakfast equivalent to fine dining restaurant - we were looking forward to it every morning. Parking and two tanning beds with umbrella included in the price. The hosts, Mara and Tazio are very nice and attentive. We will come back next summer!

Villa Maldestra is beautiful, boutique hotel, ideal for couples or friends. The hotel is located close to the old town and about a 15-minute walk from the beach. The staff, especially Valeria made our stay unforgettable, She gave us many tips about restaurants and places worth visiting. Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace. We hope to come back one day ;)
Our stay exceeded expectations. The location was just great great for us. From Villa it is a walking distance to the beach, promenade, restaurants and some short ride from historic center. Rooms are spotless clean, beds very comfortable. And staff is just great! Strongly recommend.

A very helpful, friendly and kind owner Claudio made our holidays wonderful. The room was very cozy, clean and has everything necessary for the comfort. We were traveling with our dog Guido and were happy to find this pet-friendly Villa. It is very close to the sea and best restaurants are in 5-7 min walk.

The villa itself was really nice, with comfy furniture and pretty decorations. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and modern.
The owner was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my every need was met. And the homemade breakfast she was serving was delicious, made with good quality products.
Plus, the villa is in a great location, right next to the bus station and not far from the historic city center.
I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Villa is nearby city center (20min by bus) and close to the beach (20 min by foot).We loved the owner, she gave us lots of great advices for visiting places around Rimini and where to eat.
