The views from the property are breathtaking! It’s conveniently located in Praiano close to the beach, bus tops and restaurant/ Marina di Praia. Hotel staff wasn’t on-site, but super responsive (via WhatsApp) to all our requests, helping us set us transportation and excursions. Rooms looked brand new and were promptly cleaned daily.

It is a nice property with breathtaking views. The villa is in good condition and was very comfortable for our family of four . The host, Grazia, was always reachable and ready to help with any issues.

Large villa with two separate apartments, one for two, one for four people. Nice little pool, which was great after a day out. The pool was cleaned every day. Air-conditioning in every bedroom, worked perfectly. Stunning views from the terraces, many seating options outside. Always quiet. Everything very clean, kitchen well equipped. Nicola is very professional, always available and ready to help. He organized transfer from Naples for us which worked very well.
Such a beautiful oasis. We were sad to leave. Gianmaria was so easy to work with and the Villa was a perfect home base to our Amalfi Coast vacation. We loved our time here.
We loved the Villa and we will long remember it stay here. Nestled high above the Amalfi Coast, the views are spectacular from every room. One can sit in the small pool and enjoy a spritz and watch the boats go past. Our hostess Grazia was very attentive to all our needs and very welcoming. We were here with our children and grandchildren and the Villa was very spacious and comfortable. We dined in and dined out as we saw fit.
The view was incredible. Absolutely breathtaking. The multiple patios and outdoor views were great! Having the pool for my family of 5 made staying at the Villa worth it. After hot days and walking from the beach we loved having a big pool to cool off and relax at the end of the day.
The villa is new, clean with plenty of space. The outside living area is incredible with direct view of Positano. The facilities were really good with new appliances and air conditioning in each room (including kitchen). The staff were warm, responsive and helped us with our luggage up the stairs. Definitely worth every cent!
This villa was incredibly gorgeous and clean! Very spacious and an absolutely stunning garden area. The villa absolutely made our trip to the Amalfi coast. However, our absolute favorite part was our host, Gian Luca. He was so kind and sent us excellent recommendations as well as detailed directions. He was absolutely amazing and made our trip! I can't wait to visit Villa Xenia again.
