One of the nicest and most welcoming places we’ve ever stayed! Tiziana and her daughter Giorgia went out of there way to do everything to make this the perfect stay, including providing a well-stocked fridge on arrival. After a long journey through the mountains a cold beer was brilliant!

It was a pleasant surprise - not a room but huge apartment actually, with all appliances you may need ! One can prepare and have breakfast in the room at convenient time - host provides you with pastry, jam, bottled water, yogurt, milk… coffee from the coffee maker was excellent! Parking place in front of the building, with train station few minutes away. Lugano is 25 minutes by car. Highly recommended to explore the lakes area.

Loved the staff who were really warm and welcoming. They treated us to some wonderful wine and meat cured from their own pigs. It was a lovely experience. Really enjoyed the people, the chooks and the country atmosphere. Best Italian wine so far.

The view was truly incredible, and Marco was exceptionally helpful, even with the challenging mobile signal in the area. We also enjoyed visiting the beautiful Porto Ceresio, which had a wonderful Christmas atmosphere, despite the chilly weather.

Great staff, great location. Outdoors pétanque area, with playing balls freely available. If you're into birds, the owner / caretaker (?) has got lots around, is passionate about them, and will be more than happy to talk about it (in either Italian, or French).

It is clear that our host made every effort to make the flat look beautiful. It is unique and full of her creativity and taste. It is super value for money, particularly in an area that I imagine could be expensive. We were traveling from North to South heading to Italy. We would happily head back and have a longer stay. Incredible view on the west side of the Lugano Lake. Always available friendly staff for the hotel and for the lively (but not noisy) restaurant. Incredible pizzas. I really enjoyed the swimming pool. Small village nearby.
