Very clear indications were provided to enter the property and find the parking slot. The owner showed up on check-out and I was happy to have the possibility to talk to him in person, and explain why we didn't like our stay. I much appreciate that he listened to me without reacting or finding justifications (as did the lady who I talked to first), he was a nice, friendly person to talk to, and seemed genuinely interested in knowing what went wrong.

This is a great, very new, very clean and cozy apartment with a breathtaking view on the Alps. Inside it has everything you may need for your stay and even more (including such things as coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, fireplace and wood for it etc.) plus it has internal garage space on the ground floor where you can safely park your car and from where you can take the elevator upstairs.
The beds are comfortable, all the equipment is working well and in a good technical condition.
We cannot have any complaints as everything was simply perfect!
We did not meet the hosts in person, but they were in touch with us over WhatsApp - very friendly and checking from time to time if everything was good.
By car, the best way to get to Ponte di Legno from the apartment is to take the Via Dalegno street as it is not as steep as the other ones. You get to Ponte di Legno in just a few minutes and there you can park close to the gondola lift, which is very comfortable.
The neighbourhood is nice, safe and quiet.

In the centre of Ponte, perfect location for the the money especially if you are skier. It's quite small, but it was ok for 3 adults and 4 children, if you spend there only evenings and nights.
Ski lifts are 300m walking, nice views, little balcony all around the apartmen, ski room at the entrance. Supermarkets even closer than 300m. Nice children playgrounds very close and public pool also. Pub is downstairs, but still quiet place. Private parking available, but in wet weather quite hard to get out of there, muddy.
Ponte is at quite high altitude of 1300m, Tonale 1800m, Presena 3000m, so even in winters with little snow perfect skiing is guaranteed. Ski areas are well equipped, still not at Austria levels, but getting closer.
In summer I can imagine perfect hiking all around, but have no experience.

Excellent communications from Max. Video directions on how to find and access the property were sent prior to arrival and these were really helpful and welcome as it could have been tricky to find otherwise. The apartment was a stones throw away from the centre of the village near to the main street. The apartment was as described and met our needs for our ski trip
The apartment is located in a very small village up to mountains. From one balcony you can enjoy a gorgeous view on the valley and mountains around you.
A very well-appointed apartment in the centre of the village. Larger than expected and exceptionally clean. The apartment comprises one double bedroom, a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a lounge with a convertible sofa-bed, TV and dining area, a large fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and washing machine. Internet is excellent, as there is a router in the hall-way of the apartment.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly and welcoming staff, superb breakfast, spacious room and around a 10 minute walk from the centre of the village. Ski storage facilities.
The building and apartment were clean, with comfortable beds and new furniture. The property management were helpful in the beginning, responded quite quickly and helped to bring us to a shop in the next village.
All over the top. The Hotel has a excellent Location near the historic village (Walking distance), a fantastic terasse to enjoy the view on the mountains. Ideal for bike travel (has a closed room to leave the bikes), very professionel, helpful and friedly staff. All very "high end" , absolutely the same level as very profesionelle business hotels!! Was a great stay there!
