This property is the perfect location to visit Venice without staying in the proper Venice area. We were right by the bus station and it goes to Venice in about 15 mins and always has buses coming every 10 mins. The host set us up with information on getting a 2 day public transport pass which we used for the buses and city water taxis. The host gave us the routes for going to Venice and to Murano. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great in the mornings! Would recommend to anyone wanting to see Venice without having to pay the price for a hotel in the middle of Venice.

The villa is in a good location, 5-6 minute walk to the tram and bus station that take you to Venice in less than 30 minutes. It has a wonderful garden and a place to park a car.
we stayed only at night time, the location -near the station but at the same time in a cute villa- was perfect. It’s super clean and there are not environmentally damaging mono-use toilet products, which we appreciated

The pool is amazing.
The staff are so friendly and are always on hand to make sure every thing isnon well.
There is also a shuttle bus that goes into Venice, so that was amazing. But there is always the train or a cab if you want to go different time or stay late in Venice

The villa is lovely place, relaxing quiet garden and a nice swimming pool. Our room was really nice, much bigger than expected and sleeping there was lovely. The style and design of the apartment was really nice and I have to praise amazing hosts- the room was ready despite we arrived 2 hours earlier. Also they allowed kids to be in the pool outside official hours. Overall, the whole place is really charming and a bus stop for the connections to Venice is right in front of the house.

It is a charming rustical Italian villa. If you are looking for a relaxed place with friendly staff, this is a great place to stay. They are very dog-friendly and we felt very welcomed and comfortable there. I would recommend it and I plan to come again. They have spacious parking and it's very easy to travel around everywhere from this location. They have a great transfer to Venice as well. Very clean and the food in the restaurant was excellent (dinner).
