What a wonderful property and host family! All the rave reviews about breakfast are correct. The room was comfortable, the bathroom newly renovated, and the breakfast room is lovely. I only wish it had been nicer weather so I could have eaten outdoors.

Amazing villa and every facility you will need to enjoy a holiday. Great hosts who meet you on arrival and show you around this amazing property. From the very large pool & jacuzzi to the bbq/pizza oven, outdoor entertaining area and the surrounding grounds, we had everything we needed to entertain the family every day/night. We will certainly be back.
Lovely, charming Italian villa. Beautiful sunsets. Lovely restaurants nearby (antica realta home restaurant). Great local fishmonger with fresh seafood, bbq on the property with vegetable/fruit patch and resident cat!
Newly built small but spacious vacation house, with a lot of taste and attention to details. Perfectly located, far enough from crowds and noises, immersed in the greenery of garden and with see view and still walking distance to beach and restaurants. Responsive owners, amazing stone crafted ceiling, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely terrace, parking place. One of few places where I will definitely come back. Chapeau bas for owners for created such a nice place.
Absolutely amazing, a real gem. Patrizia and Tony look after you like royalty, breakfast was a delight, all freshly cooked for us, different wonders every morning, I feel like I had a real taste of Italy. The villa is superb, everything done to such discerning standards. Only wish we had taken our whole family, would be glorious, another time!
