She met us at the door and explained everything about the property and provided helpful tips about the village and the 5terre region. Also, on the day of our departure there was an unplanned train strike and she gave up heads ups so we can plan better our departure from 5terre. Cannot help her enough for that! We enjoyed our hosts as they were so helpful with our issues to buy National Park passes with train access. The B&B has a special “green” distinction that allows them to offer half price tickets. Silvia helped us order the discounted tickets.

Beautifully kept and decorated. Everything thought to give the guests a warm welcome. Elisabetta was amazing, providing clear instructions, and following up with us making sure everything was ok. She even let us know about a strike that affected the trains the whole morning and allowed us to check out in the early afternoon. The hole experience was outstanding. It’s never about a big infrastructure or grandiose amenities, with love and care, treating guests like they are friends or family, that’s all a business in the hospitality industry needs to make a difference, Le Storie di Manarola and Elisabetta are definitely one of them.

This is very well located in Manarola to explore the village and the rest of Cinque Terre, just be aware that the room is located a bit uphill from the train station, but nothing terrible at all. Also the small balcony was really nice to have dinner outside in the evening.
The location of the property is excellent . It is comfortable and has all the amenities you would need for your trip including washing machine , fridge and AC. This would be such a good place for anyone with mobility issues as it only 10 steps off from the Main Street . It has a lovely balcony to enjoy people watching . The shower is spacious and powerful. We really enjoyed our stay in Manarola. - the swimming in this village is amazing too.

Very impressed with the pre-arrival message which included a walking video to show how to walk from the train station to the room - just a few minutes walk.

This apartment location is perfect as it is very close to the train and boasts a beautiful view of the ocean, village, and surrounding green spaces. The communication from the property was very helpful and the instructions they sent ahead of time allowed us to easily access our apartment. We loved getting to see Flora each day as she is so friendly and helpful in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I will 100% be staying in this apartment during my next trip to Cinque Terre. ❤️
Easy location, right in the Main Street of Manarola. Lots of space, the terrace was fantastic and we enjoyed relaxing and watching people come and go. Very comfortable accommodation. We only stayed one night while hiking village to village along Cinque Terre. It was perfect for this purpose.
