Great host , Tarek was very welcoming and a great help, The place is very cosy , clean with a private parking and entrance. Overall a good address to stay at Livorno, Around 30 min walk to the center of Livorno and the canals. close to the ferry boat departure by car ( 5 min)

When I arrived, it was before the advertised check in time of 2:00. I called Marco anyway to see if I could gain access. He immediately met me downstairs and greeted me warmly. We went up to the room and he immediately had me hooked into the WiFi.
Beautiful high ceiling room with a very comfortable bed and a VERY effective air conditioner. Location is perfect for exploring the city.

The location was very central and the parking was easy around the block. We used the one night stay to catch the ferry to Corsica the next early morning, it is just a 5min drive to the ferry dock. The apartment provides all what you need and is very stylish equipped and decorated. The instructions for the check-in are very clear and very detailed. The communication with the host was very easy.

We loved that it was on the beach! We could easily walk down to the shoreline. The property was very clean and safe. We had an easy check in and check out process. We had a very pleasant stay at Villaggio Miramare.
I arrived at Villa Anselmi but found the building huge, dark, empty & deserted, despite the kindness & warmth of Elena who had come to the property to give me my large bunch of keys. The keys were difficult to use & I told Elena & Carlo Anselmi that I couldn't stay there.
Isabella gave us a wonderful welcome. We couldn’t stay for breakfast, so she provided us with breakfast bags for our trip.
The villa is beautiful and the view is just fantastic.
Letizia was extremely kind and supportive, answering all our questions or messages immediately. We appreciated the interaction and chats with her. The apartment and the villa are beautiful. The bathroom was extremely clean and kitchen well equipped. There is a store super close. I hope we'll go back there again one day.
