The apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the necessary little things you need for a short stay, from oil, spices and salts to a small DAB radio. The AC cools two rooms independently and is very efficient. The sun shines in during the morning and moves away by late afternoon. You can feel the love in many details. Recommended.

Great location to the Baia Blu beach club and only 20 minutes to the La Spezia Central train station. Easy to get to. Great host and the most comfortable sofa bed ever.

Local free shuttle bus to take you into Lerici although not reliable. If the bus is full it doesn't come to the village, not a real problem the bus comes every half hour. You can walk to Lerici via a set of steps for approx 30 minutes. Ok going down probably better to catch the bus back especially in the heat of the day.
The apartment was nice and we were able to keep it cool during hot weather. Good bed, bathroom and kitchen. Very sizeable balcony and the swimming pool at the complex is amazing. The village and beach were a 10-15 minute walk away. The gulf of poets area is incredibly beautiful.
location, set slightly above the village with excellent views, had a premium corner room which was very comfortable (bed was one of the best) very good breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea, good carparking on site with very helpful and friendly staff to assist parking (it is on the side of a hill with sharp bendy curves) Being in Italy it is built for small cars!
Place was lovely, centrally located, with its own parking. New fittings and multiple split system air-conditioners.

The place is amazing, clean, and includes all comforts. Chilling in the pool was great with a fantastic view even if the weather was not the best.
The owner is a very nice guy, always willing to help and the free minibus service to visit the town of Lerici was the cherry on the cake.
The bed was very comfortable with double pillows. Fast wi-fi.
Loved the style, cleanliness and location of the property. The host, Davide was awesome and went to great lengths to ensure we were able to make the most of our stay. Great hospitality and awesome location. Villa was spacious and parking on-site was too easy! Short walk to main areas, swimming spots and harbour to catch ferry and explore the Cinque Terre, or sit and watch the sunset with an Aperol spritz!
